Q. What are my voting rights in the Condominium Association?
A. Each unit shall be entitled to one vote to be cast by the unit owner.
Q. What restrictions exist on my right to use my unit?
A. Residential use only. Family members are allowed to use the unit without making application.
Q. What restrictions exist on the leasing of my unit?
A. You can lease only eight (8) times per year, for no less than two (2) weeks at a time. A fourteen (14) day notice (to the management company) is required. Please see the required form.
Q. How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type and when are they due?
A. Maintenance fees of $370 per month (regardless of unit type/size) are due on the first of each month.
Q. Do I have to be a member in any other association? If so, what is the name of the association and what are my voting rights in the association? Also, how much are my assessments?
A. Yes, all unit owners of Heather Cove must belong to Gulf Landings Assoc, Inc (one vote per each unit membership at $53 per month) and Gulf Harbors Beach Club (one vote per each unit membership at $144 per year).
Q. Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities? If so, how much am I obliged to pay?

Q. Is the condominium association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000?
